I promised quite some time ago to recommend my IRA company to all of you and have just failed to do so in my busyness with other things and sort of forgot about it.
I use Security Trust for my self directed real estate investments. I've done loans, and bought property with my IRA. And frankly it's usually feasible a lot sooner than you think, if you'll only challenge some of the existing assumptions you allow yourself to be limited by.
One of our own Flipping Homes community members recently hired a Virtual Assistant through Team Double Click to handle such things as:
- Managing his marketing campaigns (direct mail, billboard, etc.)
- Prescreening and handling all incoming leads personally
- Calendar management, etc...
I recently had a conversation with Laura Steves with TDC to explore this a little further, and it turns out they have many real estate clients who use their Virtual Assistants.
