The purpose of this group is to take accomplished investors and to help them overcome the challenges that come from investing. Those challenges include inconsistant income, exhausting paperwork, lack of time to do the things that you truly desire to do, where to take your business next, and just having a group of experienced people to bounce your ideas off of.

The value in this group goes way beyond the education and accountability, but also lies in the relationships. You will surround yourself with a group of SERIOUS and SUCCESSFUL investors who are truly making a difference in their lives, their businesses and the lives of those they touch. Not only do the members of this group challenge and encourage one another, this group has fun together. Our retreats are not all about business, but it's a time when we can just flat out have fun! If you desire to be a part of this group, you must be committed to participating. A lack of participation not only hurts you, it hurts the rest of the group.

The cost for this group will be discussed with qualified and interested applicants.
I encourage you to give me 24 months, however, you are not obligated to stay in. This is not the kind of group where you can drop out and expect to get back in a few months later.
You must be a Platinum Member in order to advance into the Flip VIPs when an opening becomes available.

NOTE: This is a VERY EXCLUSIVE group of ONLY 10 people. My time is very limited and I can't handle more students in this capacity. Please don't ask me to expand the size of the group, I personally couldn't handle it, and those who are in the group were promised that this group would not be larger then 10 people.
