  • can i flip a home if seller cant pay his Property taxes?

I have a home under contract for the loan balance but i'm sure no buyer will pay my assignment fee plus the 5k in back taxes the seller owes. Has asnyone ever experienced this?

Any advice offered would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks in advance

For sure uncle Sam will invite himself to the closing table...
whats your fee? IMO if this is a good deal negotiation and/or flexibility from your part will be the key roll...

I bet someone named David would Sub 3 it. Sell it with OF and use the down payment to pay off the $5 in taxes.

My county will set you up with a payment plan to pay back taxes at the drop of a hat. Its an interest free loan basically. The only qualification is you have a beating heart... You might see if yours does the same.
