Posted on : 1/12/2010 8:50:17 AM I haven't posted much in the past few months.....the reason is because I've finally, after years of talking, started "DOING"....I have two rehabs wrapping up now, another one starting next week and am working towards my Vision each and everyday.....I say all this simply because of how my life has changed for the better since I took action....there are many things behind the scenes as to why I finally started to make things happen....much of which had to do with self-limiting beliefs, not being clear on what I wanted my life to be, etc.....but once I put it all together, life started to rock. I'm lucky to have people in my life like Steve, Bob, Jerry, Steph, JP, Christina and many others...many of whom may not even know they've been instrumental in my "success"...the short version is this, I once chased the money....now I'm in relentless pursuit of my dream life....money is just the resource used to create my life....it's the "why's" which truly motivate a person to action....not dollar signs....anyway, I just wanted to drop a note to say, if you're on the fence about doing a deal....just do it....there will always be "dues paying time"....and breaking through the fear is step one....If y'all would like to talk or need some motivation to break through the doubt, give me a call....once you realize what you're capable of doing, life becomes an awesome adventure....keep in mind, we were born unstoppable.....it's time to reclaim our heritage....

The pursuit of money by itself, remains one of the biggest traps and illusions for most professionals today. Now, that you have turned the corner, you will never go back......

I was thinking about hanging up my hat before I even get started in RE investing because I'm so frustrated. But I'm gonna give it some more thought, taking an especially long look at the "why's". And I'm gonna work on plotting a new course for myself. :)

Posted on : 1/12/2010 2:24:21 PM I've been bumping around, dabbling int Trailers and RE for a few years. But this year I've got a purpose. I've been working part time at UPS, away from my family every weeknight but that ends this year.
I'm taking action right now as well. Of course I'm on the front end right now and won't start getting paid until some of these bids become sales but I feel in my heart that I am not long for the 9-5 world. Time to take charge of my life and move forward on my terms.
Nate you've been a big inspiration to me partly because of your location being only about 2 hours from me. |

I highly recommend a book called Awaken the Giant Within by Tony Robbins. If helps anybody overcome anything roadblocking them mentally. Tony has some great stuff out there. For the price...you just can't go wrong.
I believe anything in our lives is able to be improved with the "right" mental programming.
